Select Your Eyewear
Browse ANSI Z87.1 safety frames from ArmourX, Hilco, Hudson, ArtCraft and WileyX, then choose your lens package. Use the online tools and virtual try-on (VTO) where available to see the frame on your face before you commit.
- Step 3
Provide Your PD & Measurements
Submit your current prescription and the required fitting measurements. The virtual try-on captures pupillary distance, seg height and fitting data automatically and emails it to us; in person, an optician takes them for you.
- Step 4
Complete Your Order
Approve your order and On Site Optical takes it from there: lenses are surfaced, coated, verified against your Rx and ANSI tolerances, Delivered to your front door and supported for the life of the Rx.

On Site Optical grew out of Safe Lite Optical, a wholesale manufacturing company our family ran for more than four decades before its sale in 2018. We didn't learn eyewear from a catalog — we learned it on the lab floor, surfacing lenses, edging frames and inspecting every pair before it left the building.
Today we bring that same standard directly to workplaces, clinics, agencies and individuals. Fewer handoffs. Fewer remakes. Eyewear that fits the person and the job the first time.

Log in to our website and use the VTO tool to explore frames, lenses and options. After the try-on, an email is sent to us capturing the measurements needed to craft your Rx lenses in the frame you chose.

For qualifying customers inside our service area — Orlando to Savannah — we may bring frame selection, precise measurements, fittings and delivery to your site. Availability depends on location, customer requirements, scheduling and service-area criteria.

We've always included local optical companies. Our network visits your corporation for selection and measurements, and provides a home base nearby for adjustments and cleanings.

Once your measurements and selections are received, a team member will reach out via your preferred method (phone, text, or email) to verify your options, process payment, and issue a detailed paid invoice for out-of-network insurance reimbursement before sending your order to the lab for fabrication.

What makes On Site Optical different from a retail optical shop?
We were raised inside a wholesale optical lab that produced 500–1,000 pairs of prescription glasses every day for more than forty years. That manufacturing perspective means we understand lens design, tolerances and frame compatibility at the level of the people who actually make the lenses — and we bring that expertise directly to your workplace.
Do you travel to our facility?
Yes. Our travel area currently spans Orlando to Savannah. Outside of that footprint, our virtual try-on program and local optical network cover the same service end to end.
How does the virtual try-on capture measurements?
Employees log in, select a frame and lens package, and complete a short guided try-on. The session captures the measurements we need — pupillary distance, seg height and fitting data — and emails them to us so lens fabrication can begin immediately.
